Terms and Conditions:
  • Transfer your domestic workers’ salaries through the AlinmaPay app and enter the draw to win the payment of your workers’ salaries for 12 months.
     To benefit from the offer, domestic workers’ salaries must be paid through Musaned via the AlinmaPay app.
  • Offer valid from 11 September 2024 to 05 November 2024.
  • After announcing the winner, the full amount will be refunded to the domestic worker for a period of 12 months from the date of announcing his win, with a maximum of 1,000 riyals.
  • The prize amount *Domestic workers* will be deposited within 5 working days.
  • The winner must commit to transferring the domestic workers’ salaries via the AlinmaPay Wallet on a monthly basis.
  • If the beneficiary wins, the prize amount must be used to transfer the salaries of domestic workers.
  • Terms and conditions set by AlinmaPay.
  • The facility reserves the right to suspend, cancel, amend or replace the offer terms and conditions at any time without sending a prior notice to the customer.

Register a Complaint

The complaint process can be completed by following the following steps:

1. Fill in the form for submitting complaints and explaining its reasons, along with writing the details of the complaint and the date and time of its occurrence.

2. Submit the complaint.

3. The complaint will be answered within five working days from the date of its receipt.
