The offer is every Saturday valid till 14 September 2024
•The value of the cashback is 10% per bill when paying with the AlinmaPay Cashback Cards Signature.
•The maximum cash back for Signature 10 SAR.
•The value of the cashback is 5% per bill when paying with the AlinmaPay Cashback Cards Platinum.
•The maximum cash back for Platinum 5 SAR
•The offer is applicable for all merchants classified (MCC) under the category of Gas stations (5542, 5541, 5983)
•AlinmaPay is not responsible for misclassifying the merchant by the merchant's bank.
•The merchant's classification can be known through the customer's request for a previous receipt from the merchant via the point-of-sale device, the merchants classified (MCC) number is located on the left side of the receipt and is four digits long.
•The offer does not include AlinmaPay Mada card.
•The amount is added to the customer's wallet directly.
•The offer includes payment through POS (points of sale only).
•The customer is entitled to benefit from the offer once every Saturday.
•The offer is valid within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only.
•Agree to the terms and conditions of service.
•The facility reserves the right to suspend, cancel, amend or replace the offer or cashback terms and conditions at any time without sending a prior notice to the customer.
Register a Complaint
The complaint process can be completed by following the following steps:
1. Fill in the form for submitting complaints and explaining its reasons, along with writing the details of the complaint and the date and time of its occurrence.
2. Submit the complaint.
3. The complaint will be answered within five working days from the date of its receipt.
