•Cashback is 8% for every successful international purchase when you use Cashback Platinum card.

•There is no cap for cashback limit.

•The offer does not include AlinmaPay Mada card

•The amount is added to the customer's wallet directly

•The offer includes cashback transactions ( Agree to the terms and conditions of service)

• to the terms and conditions of Alinma Pay cashback cards).

•The offer includes payment through POS outside of kingdom of Saudi Arabia (points of sale only) .

•Agree to the terms and conditions of service.

•The facility reserves the right to suspend, cancel, amend or replace the offer or cashback terms and conditions at any time without sending a prior notice to the customer.

Advice for using the ِAlinmaPay wallet when traveling outside Saudi Arabia:

• Use foreign currency payment when traveling to get the best exchange rate.

• Avoid using eSIM with the AlinmaPay wallet outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

• Add your AlinmaPay wallet (IBAN) as a beneficiary in local banks to directly charge your wallet

• Do not use unsecured internet networks or VPN with AlinmaPay wallet.

Register a Complaint

The complaint process can be completed by following the following steps:

1. Fill in the form for submitting complaints and explaining its reasons, along with writing the details of the complaint and the date and time of its occurrence.

2. Submit the complaint.

3. The complaint will be answered within five working days from the date of its receipt.
