• 20% discount when paying using Alinma Pay cards during the indicated period on all orders from the a la carte menu. .
• The offer is valid from Sunday to Thursday from 1 pm to 6 pm.
• The offer does not include delivery applications.
• To benefit from the offer, you must present one of the Alinma Pay cards through the application to the restaurant official and request the discount before paying.
• The discount includes branches inside Saudi Arabia in Riyadh, Jeddah and Al-Khobar.
• The offer is not applicable with any other offers and it is not possible to combine more than one offer at the same time.
• The offer is not valid on special occasions, holidays, and official holidays, for example (National Day - Founding Day - 12/31 and 01/01 of the New Year) in Saudi Arabia.
• Alinma Bank has the right to amend or change the terms and conditions of the offer.

The complaint process can be completed by following the following steps:
1. Fill in the form for submitting complaints and explaining its reasons, along with writing the details of the complaint and the date and time of its occurrence.
2. Submit the complaint.
3. The complaint will be answered within five working days from the date of its receipt.
