Domestic workers' salaries
Terms and Conditions:
•Offer valid until August 6, 2024.
•Terms and conditions of AlinmaPay apply.
•The facility reserves the right to suspend, cancel, amend or replace the offer terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to the customer.
•The offer is available to new users of the "domestic worker salary transfer" service.
(For Employers)
•50% cashback on the Signature Card issuance fee for the first domestic worker salary transfer process via the Alinma Pay Wallet.
•The offer will be applied within 3 working days of implementing the process of employing domestic workers.
•The last day to benefit from the offer of issue a Signature Card is the end of 15, September 2024.
(For Domestic Workers)
•A one free international transfer for each worker after receiving the salary through the Domestic labor salaries service using the AlinmaPay Wallet.
•A text message will be sent to the worker containing the promo code within 3 working days of receiving the salary, so that the code can be used in international transfer process and through it the fees will be deducted.
•The offer is only available for international transfers through Western Union only.
•The promo code is valid for 30 days from receipt of the code.
•There is no minimum amount for international transfers.

The complaint process can be completed by following the following steps:
1. Fill in the form for submitting complaints and explaining its reasons, along with writing the details of the complaint and the date and time of its occurrence.
2. Submit the complaint.
3. The complaint will be answered within five working days from the date of its receipt.
